The Building
The Century Plaza is an 8 story office building that is the headquarters of SouthState Bank. It is a mostly stone and glass building that is close to 40 years old.
The Challenge
We needed to seal the exterior of the building to protect it from water intrusion. Caulking eventually dries out and no longer seals. Our main challenge to overcome was accessing the side of the building with the bank teller and ATM. We did not want to disturb the day to day operations of the building’s tenants.
