The Building

The Astoria is a two story office building in the upscale Green Hills neighborhood in Nashville, TN. The building was finished in 2011 and features a stone exterior with plenty of windows and some decorative metal features facing the street. 

The Challenge

Ten years worth of biological stains and efflorescence were built up around the entire exterior of the building. This is a problem all stone buildings will eventually need to have remedied.
