The Building

9200 Mineral Ave is an office building in a great neighborhood that has recently undergone renovation inside and out. The exterior of this four story building is composed of aluminum panels and large windows. The smooth design of the building’s exterior looks great but causes some challenges for keeping everything clean.

The Challenge

The building is over forty years old and was in need of a deep cleaning and some touch up paint. The alucobond panels that cover the exterior were starting to show their age and the window frames had some oxidation peaking through.

The Solution

We have performed alucobond panel restoration services for years. These panels are difficult to restore. The proper chemicals and tools are needed to ensure the surface finish isn’t damaged during the restoration process. Luckily for our clients, we have a line of restoration and protection chemicals perfectly suited for the job. We also fully restored the windows. The glass got a deep clean and a protective coating applied. The aluminum window frames got prepped and painted. 

The Result

The building looks better than brand new. The exterior is cleaner than it has ever been and it will continue to look great thanks to the protective coatings we applied to the aluminum panels and windows. Our client was extremely impressed with the speed of our work and the results.
