The Building

This mixed use commercial office building is right in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC. The exterior is made up of concrete panels and glass. The ground floor has a variety of shops and eateries. 

The Challenge

The entire exterior of the building needed restoration. The concrete and glass was stained and tarnished. Beyond the scope of the project the biggest hurdle was making sure the patrons of the shops on the ground floor were safe while we were restoring the exterior of the building. Access was also a challenge because the building is surrounded by sidewalks and parking. We used swing stages and rappelling equipment to avoid disrupting shoppers. 

The Solution

We used our own specially formulated products to safely and efficiently clean the glass and stone exterior of 1 North Main St. We then used our own specially formulated products to protect the glass and stone exterior of the building. These products help the surfaces look their best for years. 

The Result
