The Challenge

The building’s exterior was starting to show its age. The alucobond panels had stains and the EIFS needed repairs and waterproofing. This was a major undertaking due to the size of the building and because of the sensitive nature of the panels. We also had to take care not to disturb the aquarium operations and the guests enjoying their visit.

The Solution

We were excited to take on this project because of our love of the ocean and underwater creatures. We were also excited to take on the challenge. The Georgia Aquarium is an important part of Atlanta’s downtown area and is an incredibly interesting building. We used our specially developed products to clean the alucobond panels and EIFS. 

The Result

We were able to restore the exterior of the building to a like new condition. The alucobond panels were completely clean and shined like they are supposed to. The EIFS also got repaired to like new and were treated with a protective coating to keep them looking good for years.
