The Building

Meridian Plaza is a great looking stone and glass office building in Sacramento, California. The 12-story building is close to 20 years old. It features a mix of tenants including a dry cleaner and a restaurant. 

The Challenge

The building’s manager contacted us to do a deep clean of the stone exterior. Years of built up stains left the building looking dirty all the time. Our biggest challenge was working around the exterior fire sprinkler system. 

The Solution

We used our stone restoration and protection products to remove the stains and seal the surface to prevent further problems. We know our products won’t damage the stone and will provide a durable protective coating. 

The Result

We were able to return the exterior of the building to a like new condition. Sealing the stone also keeps it from leaching minerals onto the window glass. It makes the entire building easier to clean as well. We highly recommend a clean and seal service for all stone buildings, old and new.
