THE BUILDING
The Elliott School is a historic building dating back to the early 1900s. It is a multi-story school building that was converted to residences and is part of the Germantown neighborhood on the northern side of Nashville.
THE CHALLENGE
Access issues and a large courtyard made this restoration extra challenging. We also had to take special care of the stone surface on the exterior of the building due to its age.
THE SOLUTION
Our restoration experts used rappelling equipment to clean the stone exterior of the building to not disrupt daily life of tenants. We also used special equipment to apply our Stone Restore CB2 cleaning solution extremely hard to reach areas.
THE RESULT
The project turned out so great you would not be faulted for thinking the building was built recently and it perfectly matches the newly renovated interior.
